DDP

Consists of Electrical Grade Paper printed on single or both sides with diamond dotted pattern with epoxy resin.

Can be applied in one or more layers between the parts to be insulated. Through heating in the drying oven, the thin layer of B-stage resin melts and cures. Through this process the layers are glued together. The pattern of B-stage resin dots ensures there is sufficient space between them for oil impregnation. The space between dots allows free escape of air and moisture during and application of vacuum.
