Our Policies
PAY Elektrik Elektronik San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. commits to managing its activities in line with the needs and expectations of relevant parties, applicable legal requirements, and a philosophy of continuous improvement, by addressing its quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems through an integrated approach. This policy is based on the fundamental requirements of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System standards.

Within the framework of these policies, our organization applies all of its activities in the relevant areas; they are binding for all employees, management staff, and relevant parties acting on behalf of the organization. The necessary communication, training, and awareness activities are carried out to ensure the understanding, implementation, and maintenance of the policy. As top management, we commit to regularly reviewing the suitability of this policy, following changes in applicable legislation and other obligations including climate change, making the necessary updates, and continuously improving the effectiveness of the IMS (Integrated Management System).
